Automotive Management System — One-Time Cost, Zero Monthly Fees

Stop Paying Integration Partners. Own Your Supplier Connections Outright.

Fitment Hub is a custom WooCommerce system that connects your automotive parts store directly to your suppliers — vehicle database, fitment mapping, and live API integrations — all owned by you after a single build cost. No middleware subscriptions. No per-SKU fees. No third-party platform between you and your data.

Built and deployed by Olmem Technical Solutions for automotive parts businesses ready to cut overhead and take control of their catalog.

The Problem

  • Monthly SaaS fees to integration platforms eat margin on every order
  • Supplier API connections require expensive middleware or EDI services
  • Fitment data is locked inside third-party subscriptions you don't own
  • Any change to your catalog or supplier requires going back through the platform — and paying for it

What Fitment Hub replaces

  • One-time build cost — you own the system permanently, no recurring platform fees
  • Direct API connections to Turn 14, Meyer Distributing, and other suppliers — no middleman
  • Your vehicle and fitment database lives in your own WordPress install — fully portable
  • Olmem builds, configures, and hands it off — you run it from your WordPress admin panel

Interactive Demo

Connect every warehouse — then search them as one

The panel below simulates the Supplier API Filter plugin in the WordPress admin. Add a supplier, pick its authentication (including OAuth2 client credentials for Turn 14), run Test, then open Live Search and search BRK-4417 — the same part returns from two warehouses at different prices and stock levels, cheapest first.

Demo Mode — no supplier is contacted

Capabilities

Everything your automotive store needs — in one plugin

Vehicle VCDB Database

A full year/make/model/trim/engine database you own and control. Import via CSV or add vehicles manually. No subscription to a third-party fitment service required.

Garage Selector Widget

Customers select their vehicle once, save it to their garage, and every product page instantly shows whether a part fits. Reduces returns. Builds trust.

Fitment Mapping Engine

Link any product SKU to any vehicle combination — with engine-level precision. Supports late-model-only flags, trim exclusions, and multi-vehicle fitment.

Data Integrators

Connect to supplier APIs (Turn 14, Meyer Distributing, and more) with OAuth2, API key, or bearer token auth. Auto-fetches and refreshes tokens in the background.

CSV Import Assistant

Bulk-import your vehicle catalog or fitment data via CSV. Smart column mapping handles field-name variations across different supplier exports.

Brand Directory

Automatically indexes brands pulled from supplier APIs. Filter and browse by brand, track item counts, and sync brand data on demand.

WooCommerce Product Filtering

Hooks directly into the WooCommerce product loop. Customers browsing the shop see only items confirmed to fit their saved garage vehicle — no extra config required.

Sync Manager

Schedule and manage supplier data syncs. See last sync time, row counts, and error logs from the WordPress dashboard without touching code.

    Test & QA

We verify every fitment record, test the garage widget across device sizes, and confirm product filtering works for your top vehicle categories.

    Launch & Train

We go live, hand over the admin panel, walk you through day-to-day management, and leave you with a recorded reference video.

FAQ

Common questions

Does this require a subscription to a third-party fitment database?

No. Your vehicle database lives in your own WordPress database — you own it completely. You can import from any CSV source, populate it manually, or connect to a supported supplier API. No recurring fitment-data fees.

Which suppliers does the Data Integrator support?

The integrator is flexible — it supports any API that uses API key, bearer token, or OAuth2 Client Credentials authentication. Turn 14 Distribution is a tested integration. Others can be configured during the setup call.

Will it work with my existing WooCommerce theme?

Yes. The garage widget is rendered via a shortcode and styled with minimal CSS so it inherits your theme inputs and buttons. Custom styling is included in the setup package.

What happens if my supplier changes their API?

The data integrator settings are accessible in the WordPress admin panel. You can update endpoint paths, auth tokens, or switch auth methods without any code changes.

Can I have fitment records for multiple suppliers at once?

Yes. The fitment table tracks supplier name per record, so you can have fitment data from multiple distributors and the system de-duplicates correctly when a part appears in more than one feed.

Is this available as a standalone plugin I can purchase and install myself?

Currently, Fitment Hub is available as a done-for-you implementation only. This ensures the vehicle database is set up correctly and the supplier connections are tested before launch. Contact us to get started.
