Hosting and maintenance built for what you operate.
Olmem Tech provides separate support plans for business websites and custom software applications. Choose the service category that matches the product you use.
Website plans are designed for marketing websites, service websites, content updates, page management, and standard website hosting. Custom application plans are designed for database-driven software, customer portals, internal business systems, dashboards, workflow automation, APIs, and application infrastructure.
These plans are intended for business websites, contractor websites, service-company websites, marketing websites, landing pages, content-managed websites, standard informational websites, and existing Olmem Tech website customers.
What website maintenance covers
Website maintenance generally covers content, pages, uptime, standard updates, security, and normal website support. It does not include custom application development, complex database workflows, custom software features, application APIs, advanced automation, or software platform support unless separately quoted.

Why the website plans stay separate
A website is usually a public-facing marketing asset. It is focused on pages, content, leads, and standard updates. That makes the support model simpler and lighter than a custom application.
Use the plans below for website hosting and maintenance. If your project includes authenticated users, databases, integrations, or production deployment complexity, the application plans below are the better fit.
Ongoing support for a business website, including content updates, page adjustments, dependency updates, security updates, error monitoring, and minor website changes within the agreed scope.
These plans are intended for custom business applications, internal business tools, customer portals, employee portals, dashboards, database-driven systems, workflow automation, custom APIs, AI-powered software, scheduling systems, maintenance management systems, inventory systems, and custom platforms built by Olmem Tech.
What application maintenance covers
Custom application support requires more technical oversight than normal website maintenance because it can involve databases, authentication, APIs, integrations, user roles, automation, infrastructure, and production deployments.
These plans are for software that performs business processes, stores data, and connects to other systems. They are not interchangeable with website maintenance.
Customers receive a standalone product, their source code after final payment, and ownership whether or not they use Olmem Tech maintenance.
Customers using Olmem Tech managed maintenance do not directly modify the live production environment. The current source code remains available to the customer, and maintenance can be cancelled according to the service agreement.
Managed hosting and infrastructure monitoring for a custom software application, including SSL, uptime monitoring, database monitoring, backup monitoring, deployment oversight, and basic infrastructure support.
Ongoing hosting, monitoring, security updates, dependency updates, error monitoring, backup oversight, bug fixes within the agreed scope, minor application changes, and the currently included support time.
Ongoing application hosting, maintenance, priority support, feature planning, workflow improvements, and the currently included monthly development time.
The difference is straightforward. Website maintenance keeps a public-facing website healthy, current, and available. Application maintenance keeps software that stores data and runs business workflows reliable, secure, and deployable.
