Discovery & Planning is the first step of a custom application project. Before anyone writes code, we work out exactly what the software has to do, who will use it, what it must connect to, and what it will realistically cost to build.
The full $499 is credited toward your project.
The full $499 Discovery & Planning fee is credited toward any custom application project built by Olmem Tech, including the lowest-priced Starter Application projects beginning at $3,500.
Development is not included in the Discovery & Planning fee. Discovery produces the plan and the estimate; the build is quoted and agreed separately.

Custom software fails most often for one reason: the build started before anyone agreed on what was being built. Discovery & Planning is how we avoid that. It gives you a scope you can review, an architecture that will not have to be rebuilt in six months, and an estimate grounded in the actual work rather than a guess.
It also gives you something valuable even if you never build with us: a complete, written plan for your application that you are free to take to any developer.
